Technical features:
1. This equipment use medium with different surface tension, using inorganic fiber needle puncture of emulsified water for demulsification, using hydrophilic materials of oil in water by using hydrophobic materials and coalescence of the oil in the water by the line of separation. The demulsification and coalescence separation of free water and emulsified water are realized. The utility model has the advantages of high water content and high emulsifying ability, and is easy to separate a large amount of free water, emulsified water and dissolved water in oil.
2. This equipment vacuum separator by film evaporation technology and molecular evaporation technology special structure of lifelong free maintenance, quick two vacuum emulsion, and 100% out of oil in the vacuum analysis of free water, emulsified water, dissolved water, oil emulsion can become cloudy and clear.
