Technical features:
1. This device set the models of gravity method, evaporation, coagulation, vacuum separation, mechanical filtration method, the coalescence, molecular absorption, vacuum drying, automatic emulsion breaking technology, which can separate large amounts of water in oil, can the removal of trace water in oil emulsion breaking dehydration, high efficiency. The turbidity of the emulsified oil becomes clear and transparent.
2. This equipment use medium with different surface tension, using inorganic fiber needle puncture of emulsified water for demulsification, using hydrophilic materials of oil in water by using hydrophobic materials and coalescence of the oil in the water by the line of separation. The demulsification and coalescence separation of free water and emulsified water are realized.
3. The device also equipped with a vacuum evaporation system for micro analysis, water for vacuum dehydration in the oil, ensure the moisture index of oil, oil does not change the physical and chemical properties, prolong the service life of oil.
4. Precision multi-stage filter can effectively remove a variety of mechanical impurities, progressive encryption, a large amount of pollution, long service life.
5. Advanced infrared liquid level automatic control system, sound and light automatic alarm system and pressure protection device to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
6. Can be used to process turbine oil and low viscosity lubricating oil online.
