The system composed of manual steering system module and ship course automatic control module;It can be eqipped with different type of steering engine.Such as Hydraulic type,Mechanical type,Torque motor type,Solenoid type,Covering the market of existing steering engine product.Also with the function of NFU emergency simple operation,FU follow-up Steering,Automatic steering,(two-wing)remote control steering.

This equipment adopt the C8051F005 SCM and A/D conversion circuit,PID control,ship course is stable.
2.Maximum rudder angle and maximum revolving rate control
When automatic steering,it can be automatically confine the maximum rudder angle and revolving rate.
3.Automatically adjiust the sensibility of steering gear system
According to the oceanic coditions,it can be automatically alter the allowable yaw value: If the storm is heavy,allowing the large yaw,avioding unnecessary steering gear,reducing power consumption;if small storm,allowing the small yaw,promoting the stability of ship course.
4.Unique shock-resistant rudder adjustment
Eliminating the virbration of ateering system.Rudder Angle tracking precision is high.
5.Multiple Interface
with analog and digital series port.Can be connect with various kinds of equipment.Such asgyrocompass,magnetic compass,GPS,Sea Chart,VDR etc.
6.Multi-warning alarm function
With the item of driveline power loss,phase breakage,overload,level low,filter blocking,hydraulic system blocking ,Yaw,compass faults,Alarm source failure,control source failure etc.And with the function of alarm detection and sound off.
7.Two sets of power sources is mutual atandby.
Two sets of power source is mutual standby.One of the motor you are selected starting failure,the other one can automatically start.Ensuring the system operation normally.
